An integration set is a private folder for one target or night. Lights, darks, flats, biases, and later stack outputs live together by path, instead of scattered across cards and drives. Create one in the web app, or let the CLI create it while you sync:

Create a set

Open Integration sets in the web app and start a new set. A set needs a title. Notes are optional and stay on the set with the files. You can rename the set or edit the notes later from Edit metadata on the set page.

Add files

On the set page, use Add files or Add folder. Uploads keep running if you leave the page. Turn on Generate previews on upload when you want stretched previews for FITS frames as they land. The explorer shows the folder tree you uploaded. The source folder you synced from the CLI is preserved as the top-level folder.
Name calibration folders the way a stack expects them: lights, darks, flats, biases, and flat-darks. New stack maps those names automatically. See Stacking.

Work with what’s there

Select files or folders in the explorer, then:
  • Export selected as TAR packages that selection into a download. The export runs in the background and shows up under the set’s exports.
  • Delete selected removes those files from the set. This does not touch the card or folder you synced from.
  • Clear selection drops the current selection without changing files.
Finished stacks and analyses show up as their own top-level folders (stack-1, analysis-1, and so on). Open those from the explorer, or from the Stacks and Analysis sections on the same page.

Attach the rig

The Gear profiles section on the set links one or more rigs and marks one as the primary profile. Save after you change the selection. Posts that link this set can then show the equipment behind the image.
Deleting an integration set removes the set and every file in it from storage. That cannot be undone. The local folder you synced from is left alone.
